Healthy Ways Nutrition Counseling designs individualized eating plans and diets to match each client's unique lifestyle, food preferences, and their medical and metabolic needs. Based on my experience with over 2,000 clients in the Metro Detroit area, I have developed strategies that are inexpensive and easily applied to daily living. My in-depth sessions feature nutrition guidance (low fat, low cholesterol, low carbohydrate, etc), personalized menus, restaurant techniques, eating behavior strategies, exercise goals, stress management advice, healthy cooking tips, and information about new products in grocery stores.

Diets are designed for weight loss,  lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, healthy eating,  diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, vegetarian, pregnancy, children and teens, women’s health (PCOS, menopause), men’s health, cancer, irritable bowel, celiac, hypoglycemia, etc.

Diets match the individual. I have incorporated chocolate, wine, beer, martinis, pasta, breads, etc., into healthy diets.  It is a matter of balance, not depravation.

I am also a nutrition spokesperson for the media and corporations. I am frequently interviewed on Metro Detroit TV, radio and newspapers. I present motivational nutrition lectures to small and large groups in work places and the community. The audience receives practical tips to improve their nutritional health.
