Based on my experience with over 2,000 clients in the Metro Detroit area, I have developed strategies that are inexpensive and easily applied to daily living. My in-depth sessions feature nutrition guidance, personalized menus, dining out techniques, eating behavior strategies, exercise goals, stress management advice, healthy cooking tips, and information about new products in grocery stores. |
| I am also a nutrition spokesperson for the media and corporations. I am frequently interviewed on TV, radio and in print. I present motivational nutrition lectures to small and large groups in work places and the community. The audience receives practical tips to improve their nutritional health. |
